Thank you Followers Giveaway!!!!

Good morning!!! I pray you all had a wonderful night's rest. I am so excited about today!!!! I have my first ever giveaway here on my blog. I am having the giveaway, because last week I went over 50, yes 50, followers!!! I am ecstatic to no end!!!! I never expected to be a blogger until my daughter started her blog and as a result has been able to stay at home and home school our grandson while writing for other people because of what great job she does on her blog. I decided I would start a blog and did back in May 2012 with my daughter's help, to catalog and share my adventures and learning I'm doing making quilts, pillows, etc. I have wanted to make quilts since the 1980's, but never thought I would be able to until I had to stop working. I am thoroughly enjoying this trip and hope to continue for a long time.

 Now to the giveaway. I have two great sponsors who are kind enough to share with my followers. There are a few things you will need to do to be entered into the giveaway. 

 1. Tell me how you found my blog. 

 2. Go visit http://www.thequiltinggarden.com/, look around, sign up for their newsletter and come back to me and tell me two things: 1. that you signed up for the newsletter or like them on Facebook (be honest now) 2. how you would spend $50 on this website.
The Quilting Garden is offering a $50 gift certificate for my giveaway!!!!

 3. Go visit http://www.fatquartershop.com, like them on Facebook, and tell me in your comment that you did.
This is the awesome charm pack that winner number two will get from Fat Quarter Shop!!! I may add a few things myself to this prize!!!

Followers I am having a problem with my comments. Intense Debate is what I am using for my comments, but for some reason, it isn't working. I have found your comments on their website, but I have not figured out a way to even comment on the ones who have recently commented. Please bear with me. This is new to me.

    Hi Teresa... Thanks for introducing me to a new shop! If I won the gift certificate, at least part of it would go to buy some if that beautiful Lecien fat quarter bundle of "Durham Anew"... Not sure which color though... I might have to add a little to the GC, and get them all! And I found you through a post on a private FB group:)

    I found your blog through a post on The Quilter's Corner and it's amazing.

    I would spend the gift card on restocking my stash which I had to sell to pay for my dog's dental surgery. There are still several holes on the shelf that need beautiful fabrics.

    Just signed up for the newsletter and looked around. I have a bit of the Simply Color line but would love to have the complete fat quarter bundle, and the certificate would go a long ways toward that goal! Also like on FB.

    Teresa, I found out about your blog by you, I did go to the Quilting garden website and signed up for the newsletter. I also went to the FB page and liked ther also. I then went to the Fat wuarter shop, been there numerous times but did not know about the FB page so I did go there and liked them also. Love the new site and have been a fan of the othe for a while.

    I want to wish everyone luck in the contest, my luck ran off with the unicorns so I hope whover wins it loves their prize. I will PM you with my e-mail address, never liked posting it on an open forem.

    First- thank you for sending me to a neat little shop. They are sure to have a wonderful Newsletter- and I am sure I will learn a thing or two via Facebook too.
    If I was to win-- well, there are some things in the bargin shed that caught my eye- as well as some kits. So for me it would be-- decisions, decisions, decisions.

    Hello Teresa, what a great giveaway, I visited The Quilting Garden, what a lovely shop, I could go mad in there, I signed up for their newsletter and will be on the lookout for bargains. Just a few things I fancied was the Dresdan Plate ruler, Sweet Sixteen pattern, New English Paper Piecing book, several Fat Quarter packs, oh boy what fun.
